Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and US public holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM MT begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT or on non-business days are processed the next business day.
Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Transit time (days) (US): 5–8 business days once shipped.
Total delivery time : 6-11 business days
Carriers: USPS, UPS, and DHL eCommerce US (final delivery by USPS). Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Large orders may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs, Taxes & Duties
Free standard shipping on all US orders.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs. We cannot reroute parcels once they are in transit.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@luxeatire.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated.
